I mainly took this to reduce my excess triglycerides. I took only one pill a day rather than the suggested 2 pills. After a month I did another test and surprisingly the “excess” triglycerides have been reduced by 60%. I didn’t change my diet nor did I took any other medication. I did regular exercise. So I believe it’s keffective over Triglycerides and would recommend people to take the 2 pills per day as suggested incase you have a very high triglycerides.
