Services overview
As a part of the registration process on the Site, The Lifekart may collect the following personally identifiable information about you: Name including first and last name, alternate email address, mobile phone number and contact details, Postal code, Demographic profile (like your age, gender, occupation, education, address etc.) and information about the pages on the site you visit/access, the links you click on the site, the number of times you access the page and any such browsing information.
Eligibility
Services of the Site would be available to only selected geographies in India. Persons who are “incompetent to contract” within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 including un-discharged insolvents etc. are not eligible to use the Site. If you are a minor i.e. under the age of 18 years but at least 13 years of age you may use the Site only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms of Use. If your age is below 18 years your parents or legal guardians can transact on behalf of you if they are registered users. You are prohibited from purchasing any material which is for adult consumption and the sale of which to minors is prohibited.

The Lifekart grants you a limited sub-license to access and make personal use of this site and not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, except with express written consent of The Lifekart. Account & Registration Obligations
All shoppers have to register and login for placing orders on the Site. You have to keep your account and registration details current and correct for communications related to your purchases from the site.
Pricing
All the products listed on the Site will be sold at MRP unless otherwise specified. The prices mentioned at the time of ordering will be the prices charged on the date of the delivery. Although prices of most of the products do not fluctuate on a daily basis but some of the commodities and fresh food prices do change on a daily basis. In case the prices are higher or lower on the date of delivery, additional charges will be collected or refunded as the case may be at the time of the delivery of the order.
Shipping and Delivery
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days working days and are shipped via Shiprocket or any other established couriers with tracking.
Shipping fees includes handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you during working days between Monday through Saturday: 9am to 7pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.
As soon as your package ships, we will email you your package tracking information.
Payments

There are no hidden charges. You pay only the amount that you see in your order summary at the time of check out.
If you see any charges on your credit/debit card for purchases made but you have never created an account or signed up, please check with your family members or business colleagues authorized to make purchases on your behalf. If you’re still unable to recognize the charge, please report the unauthorized purchase within 30 days of the transaction so that we can look into it. Please email us at lifekart@lancerpharma.com. In case of a payment failure, please retry ensuring: Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address, password (for net banking), etc. Kindly also check if your Internet connection has been disrupted in the process.
If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your account within 7 business days. You can email us on the above email id with your order number for any clarification.
Cancellation And Returns:
You as a customer can make a cancellation request, however The Lifekart reserves the right to accept/decline the request based on the order status. We will refund any payments already made by you within seven working days, if the order has not been despatched from our warehouse. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.
The company does not have a return policy unless if the product is damaged, or wrong product has been sent to the customer. In case of return due to the above mentioned reason, You may initiate the return by putting a request for the product purchased within 3 days of the delivery of the product for reasons clearly mentioned in your request form. The product, as well as the packaging and warranty card (if any), should not in any way be damaged. For any damage during the return transit of the products (self-shipped), The Lifekart will not be responsible, and the same would be returned to the customer.
Returns Pickup and Processing:
In case of returns where you would like item(s) to be picked up from a different address, the address can only be changed if pick-up service is available at the new address. While requesting to return the product, the customer should clearly declare the reason for the return along with images. Pick up: The Company offers a free pick up service in selected locations. When you submit your request for return/exchange, you’ll see the availability for pick up in your area. Shipment by self: We shall reimburse the shipment amount to you provided you have met all the conditions of our return policy. Also, the reimbursement process shall start upon the acknowledgement of the courier slip of the shipment (We take three (3) business days from the date of receipt of the products to initiate NEFT transfer and seven (7) days for refund into your Credit/Debit/Net banking account, after the returned item has reached us, and quality check is successful).
You Agree and Confirm
- That in the event of a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address or any other wrong information) any extra cost incurred by The Lifekart for redelivery shall be claimed from you.
- That you will use the services provided by the Site, its affiliates, consultants and contracted companies, for lawful purposes only and comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using and transacting on the Site.
- You will provide authentic and true information in all instances where such information is requested of you. The Lifekart reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by you at any point of time. If upon confirmation your details are found not to be true (wholly or partly), The Lifekart has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar you from using the Services and / or other affiliated websites without prior intimation whatsoever.

- That the address at which delivery of the product ordered by you is to be made will be correct and proper in all respects.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This User Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India. The Courts at Cochin shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings arising out of this agreement. Any dispute or difference either in interpretation or otherwise, of any terms of this User Agreement between the parties hereto, the same shall be referred to an independent arbitrator who will be appointed by The Lifekart and his decision shall be final and binding on the parties hereto. The above arbitration shall be in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 as amended from time to time. The arbitration shall be held in Cochin. The High Court of judicature at Cochin alone shall have the jurisdiction and the Laws of India shall apply.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This User Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India. The Courts at Cochin shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings arising out of this agreement. Any dispute or difference either in interpretation or otherwise, of any terms of this User Agreement between the parties hereto, the same shall be referred to an independent arbitrator who will be appointed by The Lifekart and his decision shall be final and binding on the parties hereto. The above arbitration shall be in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 as amended from time to time. The arbitration shall be held in Cochin. The High Court of judicature at Cochin alone shall have the jurisdiction and the Laws of India shall apply.

Termination
This User Agreement is effective unless and until terminated by either you or The Lifekart. You may terminate this User Agreement at any time, provided that you discontinue any further use of this Site. The Lifekart may terminate this User Agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the Site. Such termination will be without any liability to The Lifekart. Upon any termination of the User Agreement by either you or The Lifekart, you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from this Site, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the User Agreement or otherwise. The Lifekart’s right to any comments shall survive any termination of this User Agreement. In case of a payment failure, please retry ensuring: Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address, password (for net banking), etc. Kindly also check if your Internet connection has been disrupted in the process.
If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your account within 7 business days. You can email us on the above email id with your order number for any clarification.
